Dear Valued Customers,
We're excited to share that our RP5 shipments are well underway! However, we've also received numerous inquiries regarding shipping timelines. To help ease any concerns, we'd like to provide an estimated update based on our factory's production schedule.
*Orders placed before December 5th with DHL shipping and Orders placed before November 30th with 4PX shipping are expected to arrive before Christmas.
* For Orderes placed after 12/5 with DHL Shipping are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after 11/30 with 4PX shipping are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas
(Note: the exact delivery time finally depends on the shipping company.)

Shipment Update:
1. Canada Post strike, may delay delivery of orders, DHL won’t be affected. 2. Brazil Customs strike, may delay delivery of orders.
Special shipping requirements:
1. Brazil shipping need to offer CPF number with correct format of 000.000.000-00 or 00.000.000/0000-00.
2. Taiwan need to offer ID card Number for shipping with Chinese address; HK also need to offer address in Chinese;
3. Korean client need to offer PCC number.
4. DHL may require to pay duty tax especially for European countries which should be charged by buyer！And if the place belongs to the remote shipping area, it will charge USD$50 fixed amount by DHL.
5. If you live in Russia then you'll have inferior tracking and 2 months delivery.
